- If it's a demo account, on the Settings section of the app, you will find a functionality to request your demo account to be deleted, including all demo account associated to it. Once you request the deletion, all historical demo trades will be deleted from our servers, and you will lose access to the demo account. Once the demo access is disabled, we will proceed to delete all personal data you have given to us in the demo account creation process.
- If it's a real account and you have held a contractual relationship with us, there are certain personal data items we may need to preserve for legal reasons. Please contact us to analyze your case in particular.
